After I started to dispute this account. I started recieving threatening text messages stating if I do settle they will seek legal action. Also when I had my account with them and when I needed to make payment arrangements I was being charged for the payment arrangement.
They have also sent me letters stating Iam preapproved for store credit trying to trick me into contacting them. The amount they are stating I owe is way more then the original amount. It has been almost 7 years since I opened up this account.

- I purchased 1 laptop in XX/XX/XXXX - XX/XX/XXXX the laptop was damaged turned into a repair center : XXXX I had Full replacement insurance - Conns Issued me a replacement Laptop with my full warranty - Conns reported on my Credit that I possessed 2 laptops and charged me for 2 laptops with 2 contracts - since XX/XX/XXXX I have been fighting to get the other laptop that is in possession of conns off my credit report and Conns has refused too - Conns lied and added an additional contract, which I did not agree to to another contract. I have all paperwork and contracts.
- Both Contracts have the same exact product on each contract with the same unit, and charged me for 2 laptops - To this day, Conns has not settled the matter.
- I was sent collections settlements for 2 laptops that I do not have possession, but conns has the laptops at their repair center, which were never returned to me, but I have a contract -
