On or about 3/28/13, on site, for employees dispensing isopropanol anhydrous, a Class 2, daily, from a 55 gallon drum into a 5 gallon container. The employees were dispensing and handling the alcohol in the vicinity without properly bonding and grounding of the metal drum. |
