Complaint What Happened O n XXXX XXXX XXXX I receiv ed a call on my cell number from collection. Demanding a payment over the phone of {$1000.00} otherwise they will report to credit bureau. After the initial shock I asked for more information. I was informed that they partner with XXXX and since I did n't make a payment of {$1000.00} on time to XXXX they sent my claim to collection. To begin I never received any bill or invoice in the mail, never received a phone call from XXXX . I was also informed that the claim was for insurance deductible. But my insurance XXXX which I still have never claim that payment either. Immediately after, I called XXXX . I was transfer many times and nobody could explained to me why and who transfer the claim to collection. They all said the same to call collection because my information was no longer available to them. I asked to speak with a supervisor and I received the same answer. I called back collection but they said the answer to my question was with XXXX . The played me really bad, and then the threats to my credit began. Same date I submit a claim to BBB complaint ID # XXXX . O n XX/XX/XXXX I r eceived a letter indicating that XXXX had not responded to their letters they sent on my behalf. XXXX XXXX XXXX I found that XXXX had file a negative report on my credit.
