On XX/XX/2019 I received a call and email from my mortgage provider/service provider XXXX Mortgage ( XXXX XXXX ) to refinance. I said i am not interested. The next day XX/XX/2019 at around XXXX am I received another call from a different rep. I can not talk they should call me back, soon after that they ran a credit check. When I contacted the company they told me that i gave consent because when I told Him he should call me back he said I will call you back at XXXX I am going to pull up an updated mortgage statement and a credit check and I answered OK which literally meant OK you can call me back.
Where was my signature? They want me to take a NEW loan, which mean it is a new business relationship and it has nothing with my old load they would need to have written consent.
I believe it was a fraud, i told them I don't want to refinance, so they sent a more aggressive agent, when he called I said I can not talk, which I couldn't then he mentioned some words which you can guess i wasn't listening because I couldn't talk that time. Now they say I gave consent. I think it is ridiculous and my credit check should be removed from my report.

Factual Data is repeatedly falsely verifying an unauthenticated and unauthorized inquiry on my credit files. I have not received a firm offer of credit for Factual Data to be listed as a hard inquiry on my credit files nor did they have a permissible purpose. I have opted out of prescreened offers of credit from lenders who use the credit bureaus years ago.
The illegal unauthorized inquiry was performed in XXXX of 2018.
In the event Factual Data has documents or verifies that this inquiry is accurate, I demand that they verify via Sworn Notarized Affidavits so I can know the person who handled my dispute and to state THAT THE ALLEGED INQUIRY IS IN FACT COMPLIANT AND IS NOT SUBTERFUGE. I want to see the signed authorization form that they used to perform this inquiry. Otherwise, I demand that Factual Data remove this inquiry off my credit files. Otherwise, any verification from Factual Data will be deemed hearsay and will be admitting that Factual Data is intentionally, maliciously and recklessly reporting an illegal, unauthorized and unauthenticated inquiry on my credit files.

XXXX XXXX pulled my credit more than one time resulting in two hard hits to my credit report. I would like them removed as so when I apply for a mortgage I will be approved. It seems like they pulled twice when I told them I had a XXXX already and I have a better score now, but they did not understand that they did not pre approve me but still tried to pull my credit score to " see '' if they could do anything, I said no, I know what my credit score is and I have to find a lender to give me a pre-approval letter for a mortgage.

On XX/XX/2019, I was surprised to see on my and my husband 's credit reports that there's a hard inquiry from Factual Data. I called Factual Data to find out who ordered the hard inquiry. It turned out to be XXXX.
We applied for a refinancing loan from XXXX back in XX/XX/XXXX. The loan was approved, and we closed on XX/XX/2019.
I don't see a legitimate reason for XXXX to pull our credit without our consent almost two months after the loan closed.
These hard inquiries hurt our credit scores and make it look like we're seeking credit when we're not. I don't think it's right for XXXX to do this without our permission.
