This property was listed on XXXX XXXX , 2016. There are 2 mortgages on this property. We received an approval from the first bank and they agreed to pay the second bank Real Time Resolutions {$6000.00}. Real Ti me Resolutions asked for the payoff letter from the first bank and then declined the offer and request an amount of {$22000.00}. After going through a divorce, which left me with sole financial responsibility for the property, I depleted my savings trying to maintain the payments for as long as I could. I was then forced to sell the property after being unable to make the payments. I was unaware that my home was in an area that lost so much value. I never expected to sell at a loss since I had already depleted all of my savings. The home is in need of repairs however I currently have a buyer, that was approved by the first lien holder.

I previously submitted the following complaint : I have previously submitted this complaint. Real Time Resolutions ( RTR ) is the current servicer of a loan that had previously been serviced by XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX had reported the loan as a charge off more than 6 years ago. In RTR 's response to my complaint they attempt to claim that XXXX 's reporting was incorrect and that my complaint was directed at the wrong servicing company. Although I have never stated that the RTR they continue to take that position, and it appears that their only reason for doing so is to support their " belief '' that they are properly reporting the loan. I have requested XXXX to notify myself in writing, with a copy to RTR, confirming that XXXX ' prior reporting was in fact correct. This is a simple verification that RTR could have done with XXXX but they continue to fail and refuse to do so. I have obtained limited relief from XXXX who was able to determine that RTR was in fact a duplicate report of this account that had been reported by XXXX more than six years ago, and in fact removed RTR 's reporting from XXXX. However, RTR continues to report the loan to XXXX who to date continues to include RTR 's reporting on my credit, even though the prior charge off had been reported more than six years ago. I need RTR 's reporting of the account to stop immediately and for them to remove any prior reporting of this account. RTR should also provide any and all documentation provided at the time of transfer which indicates if this loan was in fact previously reported as a charge off, or if the account was transferred as a current account, not merely state their belief, that conveniently supports their position. Further, RTR should b e held accountable for their actions.
As noted in the complaint, I do not have a dispute with XXXX. RTR has for the second time responded that they believe they are reporting this properly, but once again fail to submit any documentation or other basis for their belief. When the loan was transferred to RTR the loan was properly listed as a charge off by XXXX. ( I HAVE NO COMPLAINT AGAINST SLS FOR THIS, and RTR 's ATTEMPT TO INCLUDE THAT IN THEIR RESPONSE IS TO MERELY SHIFT THE FOCUS AWAY FROM THEIR ACTIONS.
RTR is well aware that this loan was a charge off prior to their obtaining the service rights for this loan. That charge off was reported for more than 6 years. RTR did not start reporting this loan for many month after the acquisition, and their reporting of an old derogatory item that is ready to be removed from my credit history is patently unfair. THIS IS NOT THE FAULT OF XXXX, THIS IS SOLELY DUE TO THE ACTIONS OF RTR AND THEY MUST STOP THE REPORTING IMMEDIATELY.

I had a second mortgage with a company called XXXX. I made on time payments. My automatic payments are now being collected by a debt collection company called Real Time Resolutions. The problem is I have never been late or in default with my payments to XXXX. XXXX surrendered their license in XX/XX/2022. Real Time Resolutions refuses to stop reporting to the Credit Agencies that it is a closed collection account. Every month they report a late payment on an open account, I have tried numerous times to stop this and they refuse. XXXX has even called them with me on the phone to confirm that it is a closed collection account and they then admit that it is a closed collection account. However Real time tells XXXX to send in writing to confirm its a closed account before they will stop. This happens every month. What can I do to stop this false reporting by Real Time Resolution.

Real Time Resolutions ( RTR ) was sending me statements for years, every time with different amount on it. Lately I was trying to finally call and resolve it.
-RTR is presenting themselves as a Mortgage Company ( No mortgage License in NY State ) .After inquiring about their license I received a letter that they are a collection company .FDCPA violation. ( letter attached ) -RTR Collecting a Debt that is 12 years old. Statue of limitation is passed 6 years already .FDCPA violation -RTR cant prove that they owe the debt or that debt were assigned to them.FDCPA violation -RTR doesn't stop mailing statements even after validation, disputing and exchanging about 8 letters .FDCPA violation

I had a loan with XXXX XXXX XXXX company on XX/XX/XXXX. Without my knowledge or my consent the loan 's ownership was transferred to a company called XXXX XXXX. I can not find any information on this company online or anywhere else. I have never received any correspondence or documentation from XXXX XXXX. I was told XXXX XXXX XXXX continued to service this loan. The current creditor is listed as XXXX XXXX. I was informed that Real Time Resolutions is the new servicer of this loan. Real Time Resolutions has requested the letter regarding the transfer of ownership from XXXX to XXXX XXXX, as of XX/XX/XXXX RTR is still awaiting a response from XXXX XXXX. Additionally, I believe this is a time-barred debt. RealTime Resolutions just sent me a letter that there is a lien on my property. I need to see the letter notifying me of the transfer of the loan from XXXX to XXXX XXXX. My account 's current creditor is listed as XXXX XXXX ( I have no knowledge of this company ) and the account 's original creditor is listed as XXXX.
