Complaint What Happened |
On XX/XX/year> I attempted to transfer funds from my Fold app card while doing so I got hit with a fraud alert and my card was locked. I reached out to them via email, their customer service number doesnt get anyone on the phone. I told them to unlock my account, they said they would get back to me they never did. The reason for getting the fraud is something Ive also emailed them multiple times about fixing and theyve yet to do so.
