AT THE END OF THE TWO-YEAR GRANT, AMERICORPS SENIORS VOLUNTEERS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR: CLIENTS HAVING INCREASED SOCIAL SUPPORT OR IMPROVED CAPACITY FOR INDEPENDENT LIVING; CLIENTS REPORTING INCREASED FOOD SECURITY; AND CLIENTS WILL HAVE IMPROVED ACCESS TO MEDICAL CARE.
