On my credit report, this debt is listed in " collection '' with a balance of {$33000.00}. First, I have never received medical treatment from this doctor ; XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have never been in his office. I don't know him and I don't know who he is. Second, I have never received a bill from this doctor at my primary address. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX my auto insurance paid all my medical bills to the XXXX where I was admitted for an XXXX In addition, I also have health insurance to cover my medical bills. I appreciate that the pertinent actions are taken to denounce before the law and sue this doctor XXXX XXXX XXXX that he intends to defraud. My credit score tanked by having this account in collection. Please I need your help to solve all this.

Complaint What Happened IRR, Inc . XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX , NY XXXX Toll Free : XXXX Telephone : XXXX Fax : XXXX Email : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX started calling my cell phone number several weeks ago to try to collect a debt from the person who must have had my number 4 years ago. They called several times a day from multiple numbers. If I called the numbers back it gave me 2 options 1- I am the person they are calling for 2- I am not the person they are calling for. When I selected 2 I was prompted to provide my collections account number- which I do not have because it is a wrong number. I was not able to talk to a real person or select an option to let someone know it was a wrong number. Sometimes I would even choose the 1st choice of being the person they w ere calling still could not get a person on the phone. I even called the hospital that the debt was owed to. They gave me a number that was also automated and gave me the same choices. Because I called from my cell phone it would prompts me as if I was the person they were looking for. I looked up contact info online. I could not speak to a real person. Finally I called from another number this seemed to confuse the system and I finally got a 3rd choice wrong number. 4 years ago when i got this phone number the person in question used to get many calls. All the other debt collectors had a way I could let them know they ha d an old phone number.

Complaint What Happened I have sent several letters to this agency asking for discovery. No one at this agency called Independent Recovery has sent me any proif of debt. The debt is under XXXX XXXX. Complaint What Happened After seeing a collection on my credit report. I reviewed my report I did not receive any letter or any correspondence from this collection agency what so ever in reference to a debt owed. After reviewing my credit report, I then contacted the collection agency via certified mail, they received the notice with my information/dispute & correct address where I could be reached. Informed them to provide me with the information and proof of debt and I never received a update or communication via mail. Sent the company the dispute on XX/XX/2021 via certified mail for the amount of {$1200.00} They received the dispute on XX/XX/2021. They put Remark on my report : " Account Information Disputed by Consumer, Meets FCRA Requirements '' but never received any correspondence in reference to Proof of debt via mail being I have no idea of what this debt is in relation to. again I provided my Current and correct address. Also, my report has my updated correct address on file as well. I have also sent out a additional letter due to no response, again with the address they should be sending correspondence to. That letter was sent on XX/XX/2021 Thank you, XXXX

I have learned about the debt only after receiving the letter from collections agency on XX/XX/XXXX. I immediately contacted the agency via phone to verify the alleged debt and request more information about it. I was promised to send all the i formation they had regarding my debt. In addition, I mailed a certified letter to I.R.R. Requesting the same information in writting. Furthermore, through many phone calls, I ended up calling the XXXX XXXX department which confirmed that I had debt, as well as confirmed that all the bills were send to a wrong address. I requested the department ti send me a bill to the correct address, and take care of the collections as I have never been given a chance to pay the bill. XXXX, XXXX XXXX responsible for the departments billing told me that I have to pay my bill and then she will call collections and tell them it was an error. I have never received a bill from the XXXX XXXX and on XX/XX/XXXX I have learned that a derogatory mark was added to my credit report damaging it significantly. The same day on the XXXX, I received the letter from I.R.R. With the copies of information I have requested on XX/XX/XXXX. The letter was stamped XX/XX/XXXX. However, the same collection agency reported a collection debt to my credit the following day, on XX/XX/XXXX, never given me a chance to review the documents they send and to properly respond to them. Finally yet importantly, my credit score decreased by XXXX point from exceptional to good at the worst possible time when I was shopping for the mortgage.

Complaint What Happened Upon reviewing my XXXX credit report I noticed XXXX discrepancies on my report been reported from Independent Recovery Resources. According to this company they are a debt collection agency which whom is collecting a debt from XXXX XXXX. I never had an account or business with XXXX XXXX. I disputed this account in the past and they ceased reporting me but again they have came back. Independent Recovery Resources is affecting my credit and affecting certain aspects of my life due to this negatively reflecting on my credit history. Independent Recovery Resources reached out to me in the past ( a few years ago ) and never clarified what this was from but continued harassing me, I disputed and now again like I stated they are reporting me. I have not received any contact from this company in a while so I do not understand why they are back on my credit report.
