On or about: March 31st, 2023 Location: 50 Main St, White Plains, NY 10606 a)Employees were exposed to a 9 ft and 4 inches fall to the ground installing metal components of a metal canopy in a garage parking lot. Employees did not install personal fall arrest system and any alternative to fall protection was absent. |
