The exit was located in the middle of the building and requried employees to climb through framed walls to get to the ladder. HEADER CONSTRUCTION, INC. WAS CITED BY THE SYRACUSE AREA OFFICE FOR VIOLATING OSHA STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.34(a), UNDER INSPECTION #449814, CITATION #1, ITEM #5, ISSUED ON 7/05/2012, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 1070 SING SING ROAD, HORSEHEADS, NY 14845.
