The firm uses equipment (storage bins, knives, filling buckets, mixing machine) with soy and non-soy products. Management states the change from USDA pork dumplings happens daily around 2:30 pm after USDA supervision, then equipment is cleaned and sanitized. Inspectors arrived at 2:45 pm and processing vegetable dumplings was in progress. Information was given to management to conduct a hazard analysis and create a food safety plan. |
