McCanns Blvd., Elmira, NY - Shop 11 Drag. On or about February 14, 2024, PVC pipes leaked water onto basement floors, flooding the area approximately 1 inch deep. Workers were exposed to slip, fall and laceration hazards when cleaning and while performing maintenance. b) Anchor Glass Container Corporation, 151 E. McCanns Blvd., Elmira, NY - Shop 12 Drag. On or about February 14, 2024, PVC pipes leaked water onto basement floors, flooding the area approximately 2 inches deep, resulting in slip and fall hazards when cleaning and while performing maintenance. c) Anchor Glass Container Corporation, 151 E. McCanns Blvd., Elmira, NY - Shop 11 and Shop 12 Drag. On or about February 9, 2024, broken and sharp glass accumulated throughout the basement floors, resulting in slip and fall hazards when cleaning and while performing maintenance.
