On or about 9/27/12, on site, in the printing department, for employees that mix thinner and printing ink, daily, into a cup to add to the printer. The employees are exposed to the hazards of chemicals that include, but not limited to, propylene gylcol-1-methyl ether-2-acetate and xylene. The employer did not provide training to the employees. b). On or about 9/27/12, on site, in the printing department, for employees that use alcohol to clean various parts with a cloth napkin. The employees are exposed to the hazards of methyl alcohol every day, 20 times a day. The employer did not provide training to the employees. c). On or about 9/27/12, on site, for employees that operate the CNC machines. The employees are exposed to the hazards of cutting oil when removing the finished parts and inspecting them on a daily basis. The employer did not provide training to the employees. |
