Employees were exposed to a fall of approximately 25ft to the ground below; on or about 3/9/12. b) Worksite, Interior - Employees were walking and working around a floor opening into the basement. Employees were exposed to falling into the opening approximately 9ft to the ground below; on or about 3/9/12. Note: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the case file, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by CFR 1903.19. |
