Employee, worked from a scaffold platform made of 2X8 lumber; with one end sitting on the rung of a step ladder and the other end sitting on a bracket made of 2X4 lumber, lacked guardrails on the bracket side, where the platform extended 18 inches over its support, to block employee from accessing the cantilever end. Employee was exposed to fall hazard. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
