29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(i): Unused openings in boxes, raceways, auxiliary gutters, cabinets, equipment cases, or housings were not effectively closed to afford protection substantially equivalent to the wall of the equipment: a) Dollar General Store #6270 - On or about February 3, 2015, the main electrical panel, had an approximately one inch circular opening, apparently meant for a conduit pipe, left open. The opening provides for an inadvertent entry of material, or parts of any equipment on employees person, to enter the panel and contact energized parts leading to electric shock. |

29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2): Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident: a) Dollar General Store #6270 - On or about February 3, 2015, the main electrical panel had missing markings to indicate purpose. Only 5 of approximately 41 circuit breakers had purpose indicated. Without appropriate markings the incorrect circuit breaker could be opened, or closed, creating a hazardous condition for employees potentially exposed to live circuits. The Dollar General Store #11579 was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 907752, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on August 15, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 1523 E.
