On or about Wednesday, October 24, 2014 at Terminal 5 (JFK Airport), Jamaica, NY 11430 Employees with occupational exposure to blood borne pathogens such as: HIV, HBV and HCV while cleaning airport terminal restrooms were not provided effective training.
