The employee would scoop the powder with a stainless steel scoop and place the powders into plastic bags. for customers. The employer never evaluated the respiratory hazards when conducting this task. b). On or about 5/23/17, on site, for the employee that assists the employer in adding batches of powder to the blender. The powders, such as, but not limited to, FC-Hickory Clay, McNamee Clay, and/or Talc contained silica. The employer never evaluated the respiratory hazards when conducting this task. |
