Complaint What Happened	My current mortgage company name is Guidance Residential. They are charging additional {$18.00} every month in the name of LLC FEE. I had no idea about this fee/charge until closing documents were being signed. When I questioned this to company 's lawyer he said nothing he can do about this. At that point it was too late for me to back out from refinancing. I have been with few different mortgage companies and never paid any such fee. I got know that a lot of people who are complaining about this and that's how I found out about this forum. We want this illegal charge to stop and refund from past payments. Please investigate and free us from this ripp off. Thank you
