Citation text line 29 CFR 1910.178(o)(1): The employer did not ensure that only stable or safely arranged loads were handled: Site: 498 Columbia St in Brooklyn, New York. a) On or about 11/24/2022, an employee was handling a pallet of doors, which could not be safely arranged and loaded onto the forks of a forklift truck. The pallet fell towards the employee and pinned him against the backrest of the forks during the unloading process.
