I also disputed with XXXX and it came back verified but with no proof. I have no knowledge of company quality asset. Quality Asset Recovery L # XXXX IS KEEP ON HARASSING ME FOR COLLECTION WHICH I HAVE CLEARED i was visiting usa in XX/XX/XXXX on a travelers insurance and as suggested by a primary health care visited the XXXX medical center for a XXXX. before asking or receiving the health care i have asked the medical center many times, i do n't have regular health insurance, i 'm visiting this country. please tell me the cost first and then i will check with my my travel insurance then will decide if i need the emergency care or nor. no one answered me nothing. they have not even resister my name. just asked to wait for the care. then they XXXX and discharged me without any registration.
on my second visit a nurse XXXX and asked me to leave. on my way out they collected my travel insurance details, my name, and dob. i left the country after my business travel.
when i return to usa in XX/XX/XXXX with a XXXX i found that there is negative entry in my credit report. called the collection agency and explained them my case. All they did is asked me to pay the amount around {$700.00} from my pocket. i have paid the amount with the help of my sibling. They promised they have removed the entry from my report. i still see the entry in my report.
both the medical center and collection agency is doing wrong with respect to this great nations legal system. i would like to file a consumer harassment case against both the registered bodies. please guide me

I disputed this account with Quality Asset Recovery on XX/XX/2019. The company failed to respond, and never responded. I sent them a follow up letter of their default on XX/XX/2019. Again the company failed to respond and the items were removed and deleted as per section 609. The company has re reported this negative item on my credit file on XX/XX/2019while I am looking for a home. This will eventually result in my homelessness and I am going to take action in the court. I can sue {$1000.00} and up, per item per reporting. I also receive calls all day every day and have finally found the culprit behind these calls. That is harassment.
