29 CFR 1926.28(a): Appropriate personal protective equipment was not worn by employee(s) in all operations where there was exposure to hazardous conditions: (a)1252 Central Ave. Albany, NY: On or about 5/7/19 Employees were involved in arc welding operations without using proper PPE such as long sleeve shirts, pants, flame retardant aprons, gloves and UV protective goggles. Employees were exposed to radiation and were not suitably protected so that their skin was covered completely to prevent burns and other damage by ultraviolet rays. |
