Defective equipment shall be immediately replaced. a) On or about 01/04/2022, at the Culver Manor, undergoing rehabilitation and located at 899 Culver Road in Rochester, New York, the employer did not maintain a portable fire extinguisher in good operating condition. The pressure gauge of a fire extinguisher had been painted over, operators/employees could not tell if the pressure indicator is in the operable range or position. Employees were exposed to fire hazards associated with inoperable fire fighting equipment. NO ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
