The scaffold was missing planking on each tier; on or about 5/31/12. N & M Stucco was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard, Its equivalent, or essentially similar standard 29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313425829 citation number 01, item number 2a, issued on 03/22/2010 and became final order on 05/06/2010.
