Aargon Collection Agency XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX This agency continues to try to collect a debt from me and continues to put a debt on my credit report after being provided details that my account was included in my chapter XXXX bankruptcy.
My account is an old account with XXXX XXXX - account # XXXX. I again still dispute the information in my file. I have called and provided copies of my Chapter XXXX bankruptcy information several times to this company. As you will see this account has been disputed from my account several times as I keep providing details of the inaccuracies of this debt. It is unacceptable that this company continues to place this on my credit after being notified that this was included in bankruptcy.
This item is listed as a collection and this is inaccurate because it was included in my Chapter XXXX discharge. I am requesting that the item be removed from m credit report.
I have the copies of my chapter XXXX discharge from XXXX which supports my position. Please reinvestigate this matter and delete the disputed item as soon as possible.

mishandled, or incorrectly billed, by the doctor 's office, as acknowledged by the office later : I came in for an XXXX XXXX ( as agreed with the doctors on staff ) and intended to get the XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX that would go with such a visit ( and would be covered by my insurance as part of such a visit. ) As I found out later, the doctors/nurses on-call did not file my visit properly as my XXXX XXXX and I believe they requested a particular XXXX XXXX that would not normally be included within the covered panel - I did not specifically request that test. I specifically requested and agreed to have my XXXX XXXX and the covered XXXX checks.
I got in touch with XXXX ( and XXXX 's parent company XXXX ) to resolve this bill as soon as I received it in the mail - there is an email record of my correspondence with them and I am searching through my phone records to find evidence of our calls as well. After looking into the situation, a XXXX operator named XXXX XXXX confirmed with me that these billings would be resolved by XXXX without me owing any further costs - that the visit would be properly re-filed as my XXXX XXXX and that the XXXX XXXX with XXXX XXXX had been resolved - they told me my bill was cleared.
Now, more than a year later, I just got an alert from XXXX of a 30pt cut to my credit score because of a past due bill with Aargon, and that is being listed as tied to XXXX XXXX.
I tried calling Aargon and was told, first of all, that they had taken this debt on XX/XX/XXXX - but yet I had not been contacted about it or given any chance to resolve it before it was past due, damaging my credit, until I called them today, XX/XX/XXXX. Furthermore, they refused to give me any help in tracking down how this bill had been forwarded to them or who to contact about resolving it - I have never spoken to anyone from XXXX XXXX.
If possible, I would have filed this complaint against XXXX, XXXX, AND Aargon - but I most of all want to find out how to resolve this and rectify the damage to my credit score. I have been dilligently building my credit for years now with excellent payment history against my credit cards and student debt and I am hugely perturbed to be hit with this surprise. If I had fairly incurred this expense in XXXX, I would have immediately paid it - and, frankly, if I hadn't been told that it was completely resolved, regardless of whether I'd incurred it, I probably would have just paid it before letting it do this damage to my credit score. How can these companies file these things against me without me never having received a call, an email, a bill in the mail or any opportunity even to resolve it?

I was charged {$60.00} copay from XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/year>. The bill said that my insurance ( XXXX ) covered {$300.00} of the procedure.
I kept getting emails and physical letters about a leftover {$300.00} bill from this procedure. Just a month ago, I got a call saying that if I don't pay this bill, it would harm my credit score, I would be bothered by a debt collector, etc.

I recently checked my credit and notice this company has placed a collection on my credit. I have no knowledge of this company or even had an account with the original company which is XXXX. I called to confirm with XXXX that my name was not on my husband electric bill because my husband has been taking care of this bill for over 12 years. They confirmed that my name was not on his account. I called the Aargon Collection Agency over 12 different times and once I gave my personal information they hung up the phone on me. I have recording these incidents with the witness of my attorney.
I was a victim of Identity theft years ago and noticed upon my release from prison that my personal information had been compromised. Two long years of proving the accounts did not belong to me they were finally removed and now this is happening. I have kept all of my passwords and personal information very safe so I'm not sure how this came about but I'll love for someone to please help me. After years of prison and changing my life this is a step back for me especially because this isn't my debt. Dear Sir/Madam I am reaching out to you as I am left with no option for help as this debt collection agency has hit my credit score without even interacting with me and engaging with me.
I had gone to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( DC ) XXXX XXXX XXXX back in XX/XX/2019 for a minor XXXX XXXX. I had provided all my insurance details ( XXXX ) and the hospital confirmed that they have all my details and the insurance will take care of it. After 3 months I got a bill of ~ $ 2k which I was asked to pay- I immediately reached out to the hospital and they mentioned that the insurance didn't pay. I subsequently reached out to XXXX XXXX and they mentioned the hospital filed a late claim ( past the claim window ) but subsequently they did take a look and paid ~ $ 1k which they believed was what the hospital owed. I got a verbal confirmation from XXXX that everything is settled.
Now 2 yrs later, I get this multiple chases from this debt collection agency ( Aargon Collection Agency, details below : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, NV XXXX Tel : XXXX Fax : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) saying I owe them ~ {$400.00} from back then, I respond to them in a detailed email citing the history and ask them to sort it with the hospital. Instead they make a derogatory mark on my credit score and refuse to take it out while I am still interacting regularly with them. The agency also mentioned that they haven't yet spoken to all parties ( insurance, hospital etc ) but want me to pay up and refuse to take out the derogatory mark. This is extremely frustrating as I am an extremely disciplined person with respect to payments and have never missed a payment in my entire lifetime. This case is an inaccurate payment which I am not required to pay and I would appreciate if you can help me on this.
I have been requesting them to take the mark off while they investigate and speak to both the insurer and the medical company but Aargon agency has refused to do that. This case is an inaccurate payment which I am not required to pay and I would appreciate if you can help me on this.

In 2013 XXXX try to over charge me for XXXX tickets. I sign up for a 7 month membership program for {$350.00}. But after the 7 month XXXX was still trying to take money out of my XXXX account. I had to get XXXX to block them. And I had to get a reversal on XXXX payments because they tried to over charge me. In 2013 they had Arrgon XXXX Collection contact me about this matter by phone and I explian to them that I paid for the tickets in full already and XXXX try to take extra money. And I also told them I could not get in touch with anyone from the XXXX membership department to resolve this issue they kept giving me the run around. Arrgon said that I have to contact XXXX to resolved this issue and that we are only a collection agency. When I told Arrgon the credit collection agency that I can not get in touch with anyone from XXXX membership department they told me that is the only way it can be resolved. I had not hear back from Arrgon from over a year all of the sudden out of the blue no phone called to me warning me they are going to put this debt on my credit report in the next 30 days if this is not resolved they just put it on my credit report. Now I have to do a dispute with experian a credit reporting agency for a debt I already paid. I sent proof over to XXXX and Arrgon. And I also complain to Arrgon that no one called my on my phone to warn me about this debt. I find this to be illegal. I email proof to Arrgon and they never email me back proof of how did they get this debt from XXXX on my credit report. A payment history or reciept. This is very offense to me and my business when I am in the middle of getting funding for my business now I have to wait, this could be damaging to my business not getting funding on time. No one will give you funding if you ca n't pay {$230.00} back. That is the amount Arrgon reported on my credit report. Arrgon should make sure when they collecting debt it is a official debt and also call they person on the phone and warn them they are going to put it on their credit report in the next 30 days if we can not resolve it. I attached proof. XXXX receipt and XXXX payment history. I can not believe Arrgon put a debt on my report I do not owe and gave me no warning by phone or email me proof of debt.
