Crossbraces were used as a means of access. a) Worksite, 669 Sunrise Hwy, West Babylon, NY - Employees were performing stucco work on the first and second level of the fabricated frame scaffold approximately 13ft. above the ground below. The employees were not provided with access to the working levels of the fabricated frame scaffold, on or about 03/11/2019.
