The path to ground from circuits, equipment, and enclosures was not permanent and continuous: location: basement on or about: 9/15/16 a) Employees were using a Makita concrete drill while installing temporary lighting. The drill was plugged into an extension cord that was missing a grounding pin. NOTE: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the inspection casefile, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by 29 CFR 1903.19. |
