The employees were working, without fall protection, at a height of 18'-4" above the ground below when they worked on and near the north and east edges of the roof; and 9'-8" to the lower level (first story roof) when they worked on and near the west edge of the roof. (b) Worksite, west side of home - On, or about October 14, 2015, three employees were replacing roof sheathing on the first story, low slope (4:12) roof. The employees were working, without fall protection, at a height of 8'-8" above the ground below.
