29 CFR 1926.1101(k)(2)(ii)(C): The building owner and/or facility owner did not notify all employers of employees who work within or adjacent to the areas containing asbestos containing materials (ACM) and presumed asbestos containing materials of the presence, location and quantity: a) On or about 06/02/2014, at the site, 412 Broadway Realty, LLC failed to inform Alltek Energy Systems, Inc. about the presence, location and quantity of asbestos containing material or presumed asbestos containing material including but not limited to floor tiles and mastic, carpet mastic, window caulking, glazing compound, mudded joints and thermal system insulation, when they worked in or adjacent to areas, in unit 22. Employees had drilled holes in hot areas and worked adjacent to or around areas where employees of other contractors had demolished rooms, disturbed asbestos containing materials and removed asbestos floor tiles. |
