We recently completed new construction of a 56 unit multi-family residential building in the McGinley Square neighborhood of Jersey City, and an 96-unit eight-story building on Broadway in Bayonne. We have numerous multi-family residential projects in construction in Jersey City and Bayonne of varying scale, including a 122 unit micro-housing project that will be completed Fall 2020. In New York City we are in construction on a new 6 unit building in Brooklyn, and a 7,500sf private residence in the Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan. We have several institutional projects in construction as well, including two new mosques that we expect to be completed in 2021, a renovation to the Jersey City Global Charter School annex, and a 125,000sf adaptive reuse and addition to an existing historic warehouse. |
