Owens Corning Insulating Systems, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1230254, citation number 1, item number 1-a, and was affirmed as a final order on 03-16-2018 with respect to a workplace located at 1277 Feura Bush Rd, Feura Bush, NY 12067. |

Labeling on the equipment indicated that it was 480 V. Per Table S-1, this equipment needed 36 inches of clearance in front of the equipment. Scrap insulation was piled in front of the equipment. |
