29 CFR 1926.501(b)(4)(ii): Each employee on a walking/working surface was not protected from tripping in or stepping into or through holes by covers. a) On or about 04/26/19, during the renovation project at 3671 West Henrietta Road, in Rochester, New York, employees were exposed to tripping or falling into an uncovered hole at the entrance to the building. The hole was 24 inches wide, 5 inches deep and was open along the entire front of the building (approximately 50 feet). NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED |
