Complaint What Happened	I was told, i could have my loans cut by 50 %. All I have to do was pay a fee upfront and then 30 days after I would agree to pay a certain amount monthly for 12 months and my loan would be paid off. This happened in XXXX. But now in XXXX, I started to get letters about paying for this loan I thought I already paid off years ago. Turns out I did enter an agreement to pay monthly with the right company but the Company i originally spoke to where the fee went to were scammers. No company heard of them and when i looked at my XXXX statements to get the name and search who they were. It says they closed down and had other complaints for asking for fee to settle loans upfront. Company that I think scammed me are called Richard J. Boudreau and Associates.
