The employees were not protected from falling approximately 40ft to the ground below; on or about 05/31/13. Note: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the case file, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by CFR 1903.19. Int Ext Construction Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313431355 citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 9/20/11, with respect to a workplace located at 46-11 Marathon Parkway Little Neck, NY 11362.
