Citation text line 29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person. Located at 227 Grand Street, Brooklyn, NY On or about 3/22/2012 The employer did not have a competent person conduct frequent and regular inspections of the job site conditions, materials, or equipment including but not limited to: a) Employees working on a 4-section high tubuler welded frame scaffold which was not fully planked, did not have midrails, guardrails, toeboards, and no safe means of access. b) Temporay lights were suspended by their electric cords throughtout the 2nd floor. c) Temporry lights were not protected from accidental contact by a cage or cover throughout the 2nd floor.
