Complaint What Happened	In XX/XX/2023 I asked Leaders Financial Company to pick up my car to be sold at auction. I received a certified letter letting me know of the auction date and that if the car was sold for under what I was owed, then I would be notified of the remaining balance. I never received any letter from Leaders after the auction date or any phone call about a balance. Then in XX/XX/2023 I received a collection notice from XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX. I never received written proof of what my car sold at auction or what the tow fees were. I dont understand how I was sent to collections by Leaders when they never attempted to see if I would pay the balance. I was just sent to collections which is upsetting since I would have worked to make payments to what I owe also where is the proof of what my car sold for? They also claim to send a letter which I never received about any debt if the notice of the auction date was sent certified why not the final bill?
