The employer did not develop and implement a written respiratory protection program with worksite-specific procedures for respirator use that included all provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix). The employer required housekeeping staff to wear N95 respirators throughout their shifts to protect against COVID-19. The violation occurred on or about March 8, 2021. |
