Due to the job change, I moved from XXXX XXXX to XXXX XXXX on XXXX XXXX with my wife and XXXX old baby boy. It was a long journey that was not very pleasant. A few days later, I was called once by a stranger, who said she was from a collection agency for collecting the balance ( {XXXX} ) I owed to XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX, where we stayed when I worked in XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. Although this lady used very tough and unpleasant languages, I did not see any reasons that I was going to refuse to pay. I waited for the formal and written notice about the collection, so I can pay off the balance. At that time, I did not even know the name of the collection agency.
After a while, I suddenly saw that my credit score from XXXX drops from XXXX to XXXX. I was so surprised because I keep my credit score above XXXX for a long time. I believe that the huge score decrease is due to this collection event.
However, the problem is that I have never received any written notice from this agency. I do not even know how to pay the balance. If you look at my credit history, you will find that I have dealt with other collection agencies before, and I paid every balance I owed in a timely manner. So I have no collection in my credit history before.
I was very angry to get involved into such unprofessional and unfair events from both the collection agency and XXXX since these careless mistakes have a very negative financial impact on my mortgage plan. I have a very great credit history ( > XXXX credit score ) and do deserve a fair treatment and evaluation. So I strongly suggest that both the collection agency and XXXX take the right action and correct their mistakes on a timely manner.

My common in XXXX XXXX XXXX got a job in XXXX Texas and rented a place by XXXX XXXX Apartments XXXX XXXX XXXX Apt XXXX XXXX, TX XXXX, US. I was a consigner since she was new to XXXX and did not have any previous history renting apartments in the XXXX. We signed a contract on 6 months basis from XX/XX/XXXX. Since this was a new job we were told one month notice needed if something changes. Because of Covid 19, the contract was cancelled on XX/XX/XXXX and my partner was asked to relocate immediately to XXXX. She reported it in the XXXX property management and was told to get a written proof by the manager. We have the proof that was issued on XX/XX/XXXX th. Rent was paid until XX/XX/XXXX plus there was down-payment kept by the property management. However, now I am getting threats by collection agency and the amount of RENTAUTOMETED COLE of 6048 was reported on my XXXX Credit Report. I believe that this is completely unjustified. My partner has not been living on that address since XX/XX/XXXX. The company got one month payment until XX/XX/XXXX th XXXX plus down payment. Please advise!

My position is legal based upon sections of the Fair Credit Reporting Act as well as the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. These laws are to make sure that a level and fair playing field exist to protect American consumers from abusive reporting procedures on credit reports, as well as illegal and deceptive collection practices. I stipulate at this time that are no condition am U making an identity theft claim or accusation, so I demand that policy be adhered to by all creditors and respective credit reporting agencies.

Multiple times this company XXXX XXXX returned my letters back to sender without even opening the letters. I sent the proper documents to the credit bureau for XXXX XXXX. This company is continue to harass me while Im dealing with my child with stage XXXX XXXX and I dont understand why they keep on harassing me if I did what am I supposed to do by the law of XXXX XXXX ? I sent the documents to the credit bureau as stated. I will send proof how this company do not open any of the letters that I sent them instead sent the documents them right back unopened return to sender. The credit bureaus have a copy of my identity theft report. Please pay attention how this company keeps on sending the same response over and over without a resolution, ignoring that the fact that the credit bureaus have a copy of the requirement by state law of XXXX XXXX a police report.
