Complaint What Happened	Integral Recoveries Inca is attempting to add interest ( {$17.00} ) to a Medical debt owed to XXXX XXXX NY. I would like to see original signed agreement where an interest accrual was permitted on this Medical debt. The company also threatens to report to major credit reporting agencies if not paid. Credit reporting is for consumer transactions, not obligations such as Medical, XXXX etch. See XXXX vs. XXXX. This notice not only provides an inflated balance but threatens credit reporting when they have no legal right to do so under the FCRA
