XXXX XXXX is reporting a fraudulent account on my credit report. I didnt open this account nor did I authorize anyone to do so on my behalf. Upon contacting XXXX, I was informed that a 1099 was issued in this account, and yet they couldnt provide any other information. Please see the attached FTC report and remove this account from all 3 major credit bureaus!
Frontline AssetXXXX XXXX promised to remove the collection from my credit upon payment. The representative I spoke to informed me that they would be able to delete the account from the credit and failed to inform me that the process may take 90 days. I scheduled my closing accordingly, and now after the payment was made they are telling me that the process can not be expedite and that they dont know when they will send a deletion request. PLEASE DELETE FRONTLINE ASSET FROM MY CREDIT AS PROMISED!

I appreciate your intervention in my previous concernswith complaint ID # : XXXX submitted on XXXX I madeefforts contacting the XXXX companyto give me an itemized bill that explains what bill I owe and the staff who received the call told me that the matter is with the collection agency and can not have a discussion with me. From my credit reports, it is visible that I pay all my debts in a timely manner. Am not refusing to pay any debts I owe but I need to know what I owe since my services were prepaid and when I changed my service provider, XXXX was contacted before starting a contract with the new provider and how I have any pending bills with them needs an explanation. On XX/XX/, I received a collection letter from a different collection company by the name ; Frontline Asset Strategies , LLC. I contacted them by phone and talked to a staff member who was very arrogant stating that I have to pay the bill and gave an example of XXXX XXXX that you can get a bill even after closing the account and had to tell her that XXXX XXXX XXXX are post paid while phone services are prepaid. I kindly request your office to protect me from these harassmentplease.

I received a letter from XXXX XXXX regarding a debt of {$240.00}. This is an error I have tried to remediate with XXXX, but have been unable to since they dont offer an email address to contact them and their phone lines have hold times that go in excess of multiple hours.
This started because when I cancelled ( XX/XX/XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX ), I received a bill for XXXX XXXX XXXX Return Fees. This was billed XX/XX/2021. Then {$560.00} was charged to my credit card on XX/XX/2021. I called XXXX who then reversed my charges after verifying they received the XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX returns. Then I received a bill of {$240.00} as well as your bill for collection of the same. This was in the second week of XXXX.
I am very busy but have tried to resolve this with XXXX by calling the number on their Final Notice letter. I called at XXXX on XXXX waiting on hold for 40 minutes and 41 seconds. I called back to request that I be put on the call back line but got through to someone, who then said they couldnt resolve it, that it needed to be handled by their billing department. XXXX then transferred me, keeping me on hold until XXXX ( over an hour ). I dont have this amount of time available. I dont know why I cant just respond to them in email. They called me back and I spoke with XXXX in billing. She has said that this bill is in error and that I do not need to pay it.
In summary, this debt is invalid as I have returned both XXXX XXXX which XXXX has confirmed and there are no remaining debts to be paid, which XXXX has also confirmed.
I sent a slightly altered form of the above message to XXXX XXXX, but they didn't respond and instead chose to transfer the debt to FRONTLINE ASSET STRATEGI, who then set a Derogatory Mark against my credit. I have a credit rating of XXXX which is considered " Excellent '' but it has this mark for a minor charge which is unfair. It's worth me to just pay for it, but I don't want to due to the principal of this since I followed the rules set by XXXX and returned the items that I had borrowed ( the items simply allowed me to have adequate coverage that I was already paying for, from XXXX ).

I opened a XXXX account with 3 phone numbers. Unbeknownst to me, a fourth number was added to the account. ( I learned later that the XXXX agent made additional commission from this added number ). I closed the account after a year and half, in person, paid the amount that I was informed was owed and left. Collection notices began several weeks later. I returned to the XXXX branch and discovered that they had not closed the account completely, but left the fourth, unused number active. when I informed them that not only did I not request a fourth number, that I had no knowledge of a fourth number and one could see that the fourth number had never been used, they assured me they would " take care of it ''. Collection notices continued and I attempted to explain but to no avail. I received this collection notice for {$160.00} today.
The reason I never saw the fourth number was that the bills were on autopay.

I have sent several letters asking for validation and the method used to validate multiple fraudulent and questionable items on my credit report. I have not received back anything in over 45 days for these accounts that are very much inaccurate and fraudulent accounts. This credit bureau is disregarding the law and taking advantage of consumers and this has caused big stress in my life as I am trying to buy a new home. The most recent certified letter I sent was XX/XX/2023.

on XX/XX/24 i received a letter stating i owed a debt to XXXX. it was from frontline asset strategies , LLC. they mentioned the amount i owed XXXX, which was {$900.00}. This is an incorrect amount, as i do owe XXXX money but, it was about XXXX dollars i had left to pay for an installment and another XXXX for a watch i had with XXXX. As for why I left XXXX with this bill? Lets just say I stood longer than anyone in my position with this company would have stayed. They made a very big mistake on my account and admitted they made one but still stuck me with a big bill I wasnt liable for. Its a long story i wont go into here. but frontline is claiming i owe XXXX dollars but didnt give me a breakdown of my bill. Then they said they can garnish 90 PERCENT of my earnings over 90 days if they get a judgement against me in court. This is illegal in XXXX where i live as they are only allowed to take 25 % MAXIMUM. If im wrong please someone tell me because this is making me angry as XXXX is still harassing me for this. Im going to sue frontline if they try this on me.

The subject debt was incurred on XX/XX/XXXX for a XXXX XXXX. The charge was {$2400.00} for the bag, {$20.00} for a delivery fee and California XXXX tax of {$210.00}.
I was not in XXXX XXXX on the date that the charge was incurred and have not been in California at all for quite some time.
I did open a credit card at a XXXX XXXX XXXX Store in New York inXX/XX/XXXX. That is the account on which this charge was incurred. It is the only charge on the account. The card was issued through XXXX XXXX, XXXX. In XX/XX/XXXX I moved from the address of record for the card. I never received any of the bills. None were forwarded to my new address.
I discovered the debt when I did a credit check in in early XX/XX/XXXX. The debt was listed on my credit report as open & unpaid. The XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX is no longer attempting to collect the debt. The current creditor, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX, is. The current debt is {$3200.00}
