In the production area, on or about 1/24/18: Employees were provided hand protection in the form of gloves which were designed to prevent thermal burns from contact with baking racks coming out of the hot oven. The gloves were defective in that the fingers had holes in them and therefore did not provide adequate thermal protection. Abatement certification must be submitted for this item.
