The machine label also includes 950-30-1147) that consisted of multiple energy sources of electric, pneumatic, and hydraulic. b) Duo Matic Machine - On or about December 11, 2019, an employee was exposed to caught-in hazards when clearing a nail jam due to not utilizing procedures for the Duo Matic Machine (The Duo Matic Assembly System is manufactured by Viking Engineering and Development, Patent #3,945,549.
