Two front entry stairs to access the house. a) Employees were exposed to the hazard of falls from stairways. Employees accessed work areas inside the building by using two stairways, one having 6 and one having 9 risers. Both stairways did not have a stair rail or any other fall protection along the unprotected edges and were without at least one handrail. |
