04F - Live cockroaches, adults and nymphs, were observed in the following numbers and in the following areas: - 40-50 in a crevice between one side of a display cooler and one side of the hot holding unit at the food service counter. - 20-30 in a crevice between a wall and metal shelf above a two bay sink in the kitchen area. - 15-20 on the insulation of two doors of a storage cooler at the food service counter. - 7-10 inside an idle cappuccino machine on a work table behind the food service counter. - Five in the crevices of one entrance door to the kitchen area. - Five in the crevices of a wooden produce display. - Four on work tables behind the food service counter. - One on the wall behind the food service counter. - One on the insulation of one door of the retail area drink display cooler.
