On XX/XX/2023 I was present at Hong Lan Money Transfer, Hong Lan Services , INC. located at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX NY XXXX utilizing their international money transfer services. Total of XXXX $ was to be sent to my family overseas, with additional fee of XXXX XXXX The next day XX/XX/2023 the facility/store front was closed and under investigation. We tried contacting the headquarters Hong Lan Services , Inc. at XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX, at XXXX. They were unable to help me and suggested that I make a complaint even though the NY, XXXX branch was part of their company.
