Complaint What Happened The debt collector FMS Financial Solution keeps contacting me about a debt which was discharged in bankruptcy. Attached is my bankruptcy paperwork and on page 22 the debt is listed as part of the debts which were discharged. They have sent me no written notices about the debt, and have used aggressive language in an attempt to intimidate me into paying a debt which was discharged during bankruptcy. One example of aggressive language that they used was to threaten to go after my father. While he did co-sign, my debt was discharged and I should not be contacted and told " we're going to go after your father, '' in an attempt to intimidate me. The FMS employee, XXXX, which told me this was aggressive and rude. FMS Financial Solution did not contact me during my bankruptcy proceedings because they received the bankruptcy paperwork. They also inflated the debt from approximately 3,000 dollars to 6,000 dollars and never provided any notice or information about what the extra charges were for. I want the debt collection to stop, I will be disputing this on my credit record and I want an apology written in email from the debt collector.
