I fell behind on my mortgage payments in XXXX due to many issues impacting my marriage and my finances. I put the house up for sale, then sold the house in XX/XX/2019. My broker and title company satisfied the outstanding amount on my loan to XXXX and Prime. Since XXXX I have been trying to rent and now I am trying to purchase a new house and the credit reporting agencies have my mortgage listed as charged off. In addition to that the mortgage company did not return my escrow payment to me, they sent it to the state of pennsylvania. I have been suffering trying to live a decent quality of life due to this. I have forwarded the closing documentation from my broker and title company to the old mortgage company XXXX, Prime lending and they refuse to correct and update my records nor my credit reporting information. I have sent faxes to them at XXXX requesting updated information and I attached recording documentation proving I paid the mortgage off. My current potential mortgage adviser is impacted because they want to show that the mortgage was paid off and I can't do that because of the erroneous reporting from the old mortgage company. In addition to that my potential future interest rate has more than doubled due to this error. I am no longer seen as a responsible borrower to creditors.

I have loan with Primelending mortgage company and its paid through XXXX. I have automatic payment set up and have not missed a payment. My escrow changed and my payment for the escrow had not caught up.
They returned the entire payment and then charged me for late payment/no payment. The difference was {$70.00}.
Instead of allowing me to pay the difference they claimed that they can not accept a payment less than the amount and returned the payments.
I should not have to pay late payments that by the way are almost the same as the difference. They also are going to report negatively on my credit report.
I could understand the underpayment correction, but to return the entire payment then claim I am late is disingenuous.
I should not have to pay the late fee and take a poor credit reporting due to their poor processes.
