The employees were exposed to a fall of 14 feet 5 inches. location: penthouse - opposite Parsons St. on or about: 6/26/14 b) Employees, engaged in stonework from a tubular welded frame scaffold, were not provided with fall protection. The employees were exposed to a fall of 26 feet. Northeast Landscape was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 1926.451(g)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 579561, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 3/5/2013, with respect to a workplace located at 20 Orchard Drive, Tarrytown, NY. |
