I received notification that XXXX collections had been added to my experian credit report, XXXX and huffman on behalf of tempoe LLC, woman at collection agency refused to mail me validation of debt letter and claimed they sent collection notice to email address i havent used for anything besides XXXX in 10 years, checked old email address, did not see any emails from XXXX and huffman or tempoe llc. This is not my debt, and in addition the practices by the collection agency are illegal, she read me the last XXXX of my ssn instead of asking to verfiy it, i could be anybody calling, who would now know my name and the last XXXX of my ssn.
in addition why would one lender or whoever tempoe llc is sell debt of one person to one collection agency and split it into two accounts and amounts, to gain additional interest and pressure on me to pay because of the extra damage this collection that is not mine will cause my credit score is my assumption.

two collection accounts from the same agency, XXXX XXXX XXXX, from the same lender TEMPOE LLC popped up on my credit report. there is previous record of this as my complaints were filed with both already, filed FTC id theft report and sent to both lender and collection agency and the documents filed with ftc sent to tempoe llc to the address on my credit report were sent back return to sender that the address wasnt there or they moved.

'XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ' company issued my information to a debt collection agency for a debt I do not know about or owe. I have no outstanding business with them and I told them to investigate the transaction to see who was using my information to take things out in my name and they had agreed and told me to ignore the attempt to collect any money from me.
Now they have sold my information to a debt collector who is harassing me for money that I do not owe. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, was the name and telephone number I was given to call to find out why they are calling as XXXX XXXX XXXX it claims they no longer have any information for me on file.

The company XXXX XXXX has reported me to the collections agencies claiming I owe XXXX. I have no idea who this company is or who they are referring to that I owe money. I have never received anything in the mail about this company or that I owe money. Im not even sure which XXXX XXXX company this is for as there are many of them in different areas. It shows on my credit report that its rental/leasing, no clarification as to what kind. I have no information to get ahold of them so I have not contacted them.

Hi, there.
My name is XXXX XXXX and Ive been having issues disputing a collection with XXXX, XXXX and XXXX XXXX and a company called Tempoe LLC.
Apparently, an account was opened with my name, SSN and information on XX/XX/2018. I found out this year that this was a family member who was using my identity to open accounts and not pay what was owed.
A collection was opened and I successfully disputed with XXXX and XXXX earlier this year with no issues. XXXX, for some reason, denied the dispute and will not let me try again.
Ive tried reaching out to XXXX but I have not been able to get in touch with anyone, or speak to a human over the phone. Ive also tried contacting the original creditor, Tempoe, and they have ignored all my emails.

I've been contacted numerous times by XXXX XXXX XXXX for months regarding a debt I owe. I ignored the calls for the most part because it seemed like a scam from the beginning. However, I finally obliged and called them back requesting additional information on this charge they are collecting ( {$1700.00} ), they did not have any details but promise to send them via mail. Nothing was received, and I communicated to them that I am no longer taking any calls as I haven't seen anything on my credit report on this alleged debt. I check my credit report yesterday ( 2 months later ) and my score had dropped significantly due to a delinquent debt by XXXX XXXX XXXX. I've contacted them several times within the past couple of days which resulted in their failure to provide information, hanging up, unable to provide a valid email address or website, and just very suspicious operations. I've since communicated to them that I have filed various complaints ( identitytheft.gov, FTC, police report ), and will proceed to take legal action if not resolved by them. They have then blocked my calls, or hang up the phone when I use a different contact number of theirs.
I do not have any documents from them with information on this debt. They have only operated over the phone, requesting immediate payment via credit card.

I went into a XXXX XXXX store located on XXXX XXXX in XXXX ny. I asked the clerk for a XXXX XXXX XXXX for my cell phone but he did not have it. I turned around and walked out of the store. The clerk then chased me down into the street to ask me if I wanted to see if I was eligible for a free XXXX . Being in need of a working telephone I walked back to the store with the clerk. After XXXX minutes of running my name in his system the clerk says hey you are eligible for an XXXX . The only thing is that you have to pay XXXX dollars a month for it. I said honestly that 's a little expensive sir I do n't know if I can afford that. The gentleman continued persisting I get the phone & mentioning perks of having a XXXX with the XXXX XXXX service. After a couple minutes of persuasion & reassuring me I finally agreed to get the phone. The gentleman then folded sum paperwork ackwardly & ask me to sign at the bottom for the phone. I had no clue that I was signing a contract agreement between me and a phone leasing for the XXXX . The clerk lied about the agreement on the phone & did n't even mention that I was leasing a phone. He claimed I was paying XXXX dollars a month which was XXXX for the service and XXXX dollars off the price of the phone which is initially only XXXX dollars on the receipt. I payed up front XXXX dollars for the phone not to mention XXXX payments or more of XXXX dollars every XXXX weeks was removed from my account unauthorized. I went back to the clerk and pleaded with him to please take the phone back but the gentleman would not. He did n't want to service me anymore after I made the purchase which was not even a XXXX of the initial payment transaction. I spoke with the store owner about the ordeal and he apologized and agreed to take back the phone. We had schedule a day to meet at another store location of XXXX XXXX on XXXX XXXX but was unsuccessful due to lost of contact. I called the owner numerous times and left numerous messages to return my call but was unsuccessful.
