Our students have been accepted at Columbia University, University of Chicago, Princeton University, Baruch College and many others. We conduct workshops, working in groups, one-to-one guidance and much more. --------------------- As a Clinical Mental Health Therapist: We conduct workshops and courses on Getting to Know Our Mind Better. If we knew how our Mind works, then we would be better able to handle our Mind. This includes understanding: S1:Where do Our Beliefs come from? - Our Belief System guides in every our every thought, behavior and action. How did we form our beliefs? S2/3:The Rules of the Mind - When we understand how our Mind is wired to work, then we know when to ignore it, when to listen to it, and when to correct it. S4:Our Emotions - What do we do with them? We've been told not to get emotional, but we do. What are our emotions tryling to tell us? S5:Procrastination - What is it really? And how do we get over it? S6:Our Relationships - Why do we do this Mental Dance - same set of moves in our dialog in a specific relationship? And how to move forward? Please join us to connect at a deeper level with yourself and with others. Courses are designed separately for Adults, and separately for Teenagers. ----------------------------------- As a Clinical Mental Health Therapist, we regularly practice Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT). RTT is an award winning therapy that combines the most beneficial aspects of Psychotherapy (talk therapy), CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy, hypnotherapy ( to understand where the issue started), NLP (neuro linguistic programming) to build the new programming in our Mind of what we want, and neuroscience principles to get to the root cause of an issue, and heal the issue at a subconscious level. It helps to break free from limiting beliefs, overcome unwanted habits, clear emotional blocks, and destroy self sabotaging behaviors.
